FAQ

Valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance that covers towing, a capable tow vehicle with a 2-5/16" hitch ball, and a functioning brake controller for trailers with electric brakes. A credit or debit card is required for the refundable security deposit.
Both trailers require a 2-5/16" hitch ball rated for at least 7,000 lbs. This is different from the more common 2" ball. The size is usually stamped on top of your hitch ball. Don't have one? Ask Frank when you book — we can help.
Yes — both trailers have electric brakes on both axles, and Oklahoma law requires a functioning brake controller in the tow vehicle. A brake controller is separate from your trailer plug — having a 7-way plug does NOT mean you have a brake controller. If you're unsure, check with your dealer or call Frank before booking.
Once you've signed the rental agreement and payment is confirmed, we text you a 4-digit combination lock code and the storage facility address. You drive to the facility, use the gate code to enter, find your trailer, spin the combo to your code, remove the coupler lock, and hook up. No appointment needed — pick up any time, day or night.
Both trailers are 7,000 lb GVWR and require a minimum half-ton truck — Ford F-150, Ram 1500, or Chevy Silverado 1500 with a tow package. Make sure your truck's tow rating meets or exceeds the loaded trailer weight. Not sure? Call Frank before you book and we'll verify your setup together.
Late returns are charged at $25/hour for the first 4 hours past your scheduled return time. After 4 hours, the full daily rate applies for each additional day. If you need extra time, call or text Frank as early as possible — we'll do our best to accommodate based on availability.
Your refundable security deposit is processed within 3 business days after the trailer is returned in satisfactory condition and your return photo is received. Actual appearance on your statement may take an additional 2–5 business days depending on your bank. No damage, no charges — simple as that.
